Q Switch Laser/Carbon Laser

Our Q Switch/Carbon LASER is one step closer to achieving flawless skin for our clients without blemishes, dark spots, or sun damage. All of our treatments use cutting-edge technology to address a variety of skin issues, and this is one of them. If you have hyperpigmentation, spots, or uneven skin tone, the Q switch or Carbon LASER can help.

What is Q Switch/ Carbon LASER?

In this treatment, we use pulsated, high-intensity LASER beams to target the affected skin. We adjust the intensity of the LASER beam based on the skin condition and the needs. When light strikes the skin's upper layer, it converts to heat energy, triggering the natural cell renewal process. To reduce pigmentation, it primarily targets melanin in the skin by disintegrating it. This disintegrated melanin is naturally flushed from the body. It reduces melanin production and stimulates collagen production to improve skin texture.

Multiple sessions are required for effective results. Each session can last between 25 and 30 minutes.

How can this treatment benefit your skin?

One of the main skin concerns that the Q Switch/ Carbon LASER treatment works on is pigmentation. The high-intensity beams can penetrate the deeper levels of the skin to target melanin- a brown or black pigment produced in the skin and hair. In addition to this, this treatment comes with many benefits.

  • It can rejuvenate skin by concentrating on dead skin cells, oil glands, and facial hair. This gives your skin a younger and more radiant appearance.
  • It can help to reduce acne scars and pimples.
  • Carbon LASER is recommended for skin concerns such as Melasma.
  • You can achieve an even skin tone and reduce the appearance of sun damage.

Is the treatment safe?

The treatment is completely safe, painless, and suitable for all skin types. You also won't need any injections or painkiller medication. The procedure is minimally invasive and requires no downtime. You can resume your normal activities immediately following the treatment.

Post-procedure

There are some minor precautions that you should take after the treatment. As your skin can get sensitive after the procedure, it is advised to avoid sun exposure and not leave the house without applying sunscreen. You should also avoid using harsh scrubs, exfoliators, and products containing active ingredients such as retinol for a few days after the treatment. Switch to cold showers and use mild moisturisers for at least 3-4 days post-procedure.
